Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise requested while placing order online, shipping starts at $8.95 and includes "signature required" at the time of delivery to guarantee that you get your order.

Truck orders that are shipped east of the Mississippi River will be charges $62.00. Truck orders shipped west of the Mississippi River, standard truck shipping rates apply.

All above listed shipping charges apply to the continental United States of America.

For all orders shipped outside of the continental United States of America, shipping charges to be arranged at the time that the orders are placed.

Orders Outside of the USA

Due to a variety of shipping rules and regulations enforced by package carriers and various countries customs agencies for  shipping automotive products we do not provide shipping outside the United States.

Hazardous Material Charges

There is an additional charge of $22.00  that will be applied to orders containing 1 gallon or more of hazardous material type products when they are  shipped (per hazardous material shipping box which contains 1 or more gallons of the following products, hazardous material shipping boxes hold 2 gallon cans).

6 quarts or less of the following listed products can be shipped without the $22.00 hazardous material charge  (unless in a gallon can).  We can break down gallon containers into quart cans to save you the Hazardous Material Charge if requested, there is a $2.00 charge for the 4 quart cans.  When placing your order please note in the comments that you wish to have your order broken down.

These Hazardous Material Charges are charged by the ground service carriers to comply with the Federal Hazardous Material Rules.

Products that fall under this shipping policy are:

• Paints
• Primers
• Activators
• Clears

All of the following Products can be shipped by truck only, no UPS or other ground carriers, due to the below listed products containing solvents

Reducers Thinners Wax / Grease Remover and any other product containing solvents

About Our Pricing Policy

All prices and descriptions contained on this web site are subject to change without notice. Items can be withdrawn from sale at any time. Ketone Automotive is not responsible for typographical errors.

Any item withdrawn from sale, which required a down payment, may be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee deducted from the down payment. Any item purchased from Ketone Automotive which required a refund are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee deducted from the purchase price (Shipping charges are not refundable).

Current prices may be quoted over the telephone when you place your order. Illinois residents add applicable state and local sales tax.

Merchandise Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, if not please return the item(s) to Ketone Automotive and we will either exchange the item(s), issue a store credit or refund (No Refunds or Returns on Color Cards and/or Video Tapes).

All product warranties are from the manufacturer. Any item purchased from Ketone Automotive which required a refund are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee deducted from the purchase price (Shipping charges are not refundable).

All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back to Ketone Automotive. RMA numbers can be received by calling  708-344-9998.

All returns MUST be shipped truck or UPS prepaid.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON PACKAGING.
